GreenShift Africa (GSA)
Trade and supply chain finance solutions for the African e-mobility sector

GreenShift Africa (GSA) is a $20 million trade and supply chain finance company that enables local importers, assemblers, and fleet operators to access working capital and structured credit for electric two-, three-, and four-wheel EVs, batteries, and charging infrastructure.
By covering OEM payment requirements and offering deferred payment terms, GSA removes the liquidity bottlenecks that prevent African e-mobility companies from scaling — making it possible to grow fleets faster, generate revenue earlier, and reach bankability without heavy equity dilution. GreenMax Capital Group is developing GSA in partnership with Tradeable House Africa, which has committed $150 million toward trade facilitation for the EV sector.
