RBF and Concessional Debt
The RBF Energy Access Window deploys $65 million inprovides performance-based grants and concessional debt instruments to private sector companies deploying solar home systems and green mini-grids in underserved regions of the DRC. With an initial capitalization of $65m and a target of $500m in total investment, the Energy Access Window aims to achieve 1.5 million household connections, with future expansion to include productive use technologies and solarization of public buildings.
