In 2024, GreenMax was retained by the World Bank to support the Government of Ecuador with the design of a national energy efficiency investment fund – Fondo Nacional de Inversión en Eficiencia Energética (FNIEE). The GreenMax team designed an operational scheme and prepared a detailed conceptual business plan for the Fund to address legal, financial, technical and managerial aspects of its structure and implementation.
