In 2019, the World Bank retained GreenMax to update the data for the global RISE index in 37 countries across Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America and the Caribbean. The scope of work included extensive desk research, stakeholder identification and interviews, administering questionnaires and compiling all supporting information and documentation to analyze RISE indicators in renewable energy, energy efficiency, energy access and clean cooking in each country.
